Cattle Drive
Just like Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman in the movie, 'Australia,' the Great Australian Outback Cattle Drive allows you to be right there in the saddle, amongst the drovers. Discover the secrets of horsemanship passed from generation to generation, and herding 500 cattle through the vast Outback surrounding the legendary Oodnadatta Track. The campsite during the droving adventure will be located on Anna Creek Station, giving the rare opportunity to enter the world's largest cattle station. Launch of the Asian Culture Enterprise Singapore


The Asian Culture Enterprise Singapore (ACES) celebrated its official launch recently @ the Old School as a nonprofit organisation that aspires to spark new partnerships between commerce and culture in Southeast Asia.
ACES, as a first of its kind arts intermediary and intelligence base in Southeast Asia, aims to create bridges and promote partnerships between cultural organizations, artistes, and business people in the greater Asian geography. One of its objectives is to broker partnerships to fund concerts and musical productions staged regionally.
ACES seeks to draw the business community to become a supporter of artistic projects through the business component of Spotlight, inherited from its parent company, the Arts House at the Old Parliament.
ACES assist talented artistes from Asia with resources and access to information, and aims to create an exciting platform for East and West talents to collaborate in both markets. ACES is governed by its Chairman Dr. Richard Helfer and its Board of Directors, and a management team led by Mr. Lyndon Yeo.
ACES also functions as a platform for fostering business-to-business relations. It organises local and regional business networking programmes and breakfast talks. It recently hosted a breakfast dialogue with the South African High Commissioner to Singapore who presented a talk on the potential of building economic bridges between Singapore and South Africa.

Family business launches Singapore's first pasteurised noodles



Noodle manufacturer, Tan Seng Kee Foods Pte Ltd (TSK) launched the first ever pasteurised fresh wheat and rice-based noodles. A food tasting event was held at the National Museum attended by thirty journalists.The new line of Kang Kang pasteurised fresh noodles, is all-natural and free from preservative but yet has a prolonged shelf life of over two weeks in ambient conditions.
